The Car Craft Group’s national launch was held in Adelaide on Tuesday 16 February 2016 at the National Wine Centre.
The event was well attended with 200+ people filling the National Wine Centre by Car Craft Bumper Repairs Perth Members, Suppliers and Guests flying in from interstate.
Tony Bava, Chairman of Car Craft SA welcomed everyone including local politicians, who had made time to join the celebrations.
Andrew Fagen CEO of the Adelaide Crows AFL Club was a guest speaker, who talked about the journey that the Crows had been on drawing some comparisons between the Crows goals and Car Craft’s.
Wayne Phipps Car Craft Holdings Chairman said, “The marketplace is changing at such a rapid rate that being an individual stand alone repairer is becoming hardener to do business. The need to be a part of a network of like minded repairers, is now more important than it’s ever been before.
He went on to say: “Car Craft offers smash repairers an alternative to remain an independent business owner, but access the benefits of being part of a national progressive group that is loyal to its supplier network.
“Car Craft has one major advantage over the consolidation model. It has been acknowledged by many work providers that the owner operators will always provide better outcomes in terms of quality and service than managed businesses. Real skin in the game.” Wayne said.
He concluded with: “Car Craft has a goal of being the first choice of customers and to build on our already established reputation across Australia.”
We were fortunate to have Sam Street, Editor of Panel Beaters Perth & Paint Magazine and David Newton-Ross, Editor of The Collision Repair Magazine in attendance for the event. Below are links to articles they published about our national launch.
